学习工作经历

先后于2008年和2013年在伟德bevictor(中国)有限公司获得学士学位和博士学位（导师：金万勤教授、徐南平院士），之后留校工作至今，2015-2017年在美国佐治亚理工学院从事博士后研究（合作导师：美国工程院院士William J. Koros）。2019年晋升为教授、博士生导师，入选国家优青人才计划。

主要从事膜分离方向研究，聚焦于新型亚纳米孔道分离膜的设计、制备及其分子尺度分离应用。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目和面上项目、国家重点研发计划等科研项目。目前在Nature Mater、Nature Commun、Chem Soc Rev、Angew Chem、Adv Mater、AIChE J、J Membr Sci等期刊发表SCI论文140余篇，总引用超过10,000余次，H因子54，14篇ESI高被引论文；合著英文专著2部、中文专著1部；担任Journal   of Membrane Science、Advanced Membranes青年编委、Discover   Chemical Engineering副主编、《膜科学与技术》通讯编委；入选中国科协青年人才托举工程（2019），获中国石化联合会青年科技突出贡献奖（2022）、侯德榜化工科技青年奖（2022）、北美膜学会青年膜科学家奖（2018），以第二完成人获教育部自然科学一等奖（2018）、江苏省科学技术一等奖（2018）、中国石化联合会技术发明一等奖（2020）。
