女，博士，二级教授，博士生导师，国家杰出青年基金获得者，何梁何利科学与技术创新奖获得者，国家特种分离膜工程中心主任，原伟德bevictor副董事长，现江苏大学董事长。
        主要从事膜材料与膜过程、膜反应器、膜法水处理技术、大气污染控制技术等方面的研究。先后主持国家重点科技攻关、国家自然科学基金重点、“863”重点等20多项科研项目，研究成果获得包括国家技术发明二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖和江苏省科学技术一等奖等在内的19项省部级以上科技奖；在J. Membr. Sci., AIChE J.等期刊上发表SCI论文180余篇，申请发明专利163项，其中PCT 7项，授权发明专利95项，其中美国专利2项，担任《化工学报》、《膜科学技术》、《水处理技术》等期刊编委。
        兼任“十三五”大气污染成因与治理重点专项专家组专家、中国膜工业协会副理事长等职。入选国家科技创新领军人才、“百千万人才工程”国家级人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第一层次培养对象等，获国务院特殊津贴、中国石化协会赵永镐科技创新奖、首届江苏省专利发明人奖、江苏省十大杰出专利发明人、江苏省优秀教育工作者等个人奖项和荣誉称号。
