伟德bevictor二级教授，博士生导师，国家教学名师、享受国务院特殊津贴专家, 全国石油和化工教育优秀教学团队负责人。现为伟德bevictor西太湖产业学院经理，兼任教育部化工类专业教学指导委员会委员、全国工程教育认证专家、中国化工教育协会常务理事、中国化工学会石油化工专业委员会委员、江苏省化学化工协会常务理事、江苏省标准化协会常务理事、江苏省高校科协副理事长、石油和化工行业园区智能环保工程研究中心主任、江苏省化工过程强化工程中心主任。

作为项目负责人先后承担了国家重点研发计划、国家“十二五”科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目/面上项目、中国石化股份有限公司、江苏省科技厅、江苏省环保厅科技开发项目及企业委托科研项目60余项，在Applied Catalysis B-Environmental、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Chemical Engineering Journal等期刊上发表学术论文100余篇；授权国家发明专利30余项；获中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖、二等奖、江苏省科学技术进步二等奖、中国石油和化学工业专利奖优秀奖等。主编了《化工辞典》第五版（化学工业出版社）、《化学工程手册》（化学工业出版社）等专著。主编出版国家“十一五”、“十二五”规划教材《化工原理》；主编高等教育规划教材、卓越工程师教育培养计划系列教材《化工多学科工程设计与实例》。

人才培养方面，指导员工获第十五届“挑战杯”全国老员工课外学术科技作品竞赛特等奖、全国老员工化工安全设计大赛金奖、首届高校创新创业创造教育精品成果展二等奖、江苏省优秀毕业设计团队等。获国家教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖1项，获江苏省教学成果特等奖、一等奖和二等奖等奖项，江苏省公司产品模式改革成果一等奖1项。
